Zara – Long Term Investment Pieces
I truly fell in love with Zara when I was in Madrid a few years back. It has nothing on Mango. Nothing. It’s class all the way with Zara, the lines are clean, colourful, beautifully constructed, sure at times can be pricey but if you catch a sale – it’s on.
Gathered Top and Striped Skirt
The outfits are so me. They are pretty, a lil badass but also fun and flirty. When I buy quality pieces – I want a long term relationship. So that means I want pieces that I can at least wear for 5-6 years minimum. No I’m not a hoarder! Hello! I have pieces in my closet that I bought in Manchester 8 years ago from Primark which I still wear with a cute skirt for work or jeans for a night out. Think long term ladies and then throw out or recycle.
Extra Fine Jumper and Cargo Trousers
Even if you buy a super expensive piece and its past the trend by the following year. Just keep it in your closet if you still love it. It will come back. If your lucky the year after. Zara is great for this. They build classics into your wardrobe.
Low Neck Line T-Shirt and Panel Skirt
Lastly, if your in Madrid next – check out the Zara and Mango outlet stores in the city centre. You will thank me later.
