Alexa Chung is one of the latest offerings from the UK in terms of TV presenters/hipsters and you would think her alliance with Madewell would be more ‘hip’. Um not so much. I found the line, that can be found at www.madewell.com, to be pretty blah.

Negatives aside. I liked these pieces that I pulled together for this blog post. They are crisp, age appropriate and fresh. Sure, you can find some similar stuff in vintage shops or Goodwill but it would be nice to actually feel and try on these pieces. Perhaps the $188 price point for a dress (I think you are paying solely for Alexa’s name on the outfit) makes up for it in style, fit and design?
